WHO ARE WE ?
Mas Carreras 1846, is a rural farmhouse with more than 174 years of history.
In the beginning, it was home to landowners with large expanse of fields.
Nowadays, it has adapted as a hotel and accommodates celebrations and events of all kinds.

Thanks to our experience, we can offer you original ideas to personalize your celebration.
SPACES
The attached building placed next to the main house can be used to celebrate the disco parties as well as banquets. It has a capacity of 180 people.
In the outdoor area, you can find a large extension of gardens, a beautiful swimming pool with a chillout area. These places are perfect to celebrate a civil ceremony, a welcome cocktail or even the banquet.
HOTEL
Mas Carreras 1846 has 11 fully equipped suite rooms, a dining room, a living room and a kitchen accessible to guests.
As mentioned above, the large gardens and the wonderful pool area give you the commodity to chill and enjoy the good Mediterranean climate.
The hotel is located near the Baix Empordà, and the surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking. Girona is only 15 minutes' drive away, as are the beaches of the Costa Brava. Also, just 30 minutes' away, you can find the Dalí Museum in Figueres, for those with cultural interests.
ROOMS
The rooms are distributed in different parts of the main house. There are seven suites on the second floor, located around a very spacious lounge area with a spectacular frescoe painted on the ceiling by the artist Alfonso Rua.
On the other hand, two of the remaining suites are located in the building attached to the house. Perfect for guests who appreciate privacy or whom have special needs.
The other two rooms are located on the right wing of the house.
All the rooms have air-conditioning, with thick stone walls keeping the area cool in hot summers along with specific antiques of the time.

Mas Carreras is located in the municipality of Bordils and in the province of Girona, bordering the Baix Empordà, 20km from away the Costa Brava.
